Ever since I started using Hammer again (a month or so ago) I have had a small problem. In the 2D viewports, it used to be that case that the mouse cursor would change to indicate that I could manipulate a selected object (stretch, rotate, relocate, etc). But my mouse will not change. It remains as a pointer without changing to the stretch arrow ( <---> ).
