Could someone help me find this addon please?

Alright so not too long ago I saw this really cool GUI mod for CSS on Youtube which was basically a kill counter for your game (similar to the kill streak thing in Call of Duty) when you would get 3-5-10 kills it would pop up somewhere on the screen and say "3 Kill Streak" or "5 Kills RAMPAGE" stuff like that, all while in game, now idk if it was server side or what, but if anyone knows where I could find this mod for my game or has any information on something like it, would you please let me know ASAP. I would really appreciate it.
