A player got a 72-hour ban from playing Dragon Age 2 for calling EA the Devil on the BioWare forums. A lot of people are saying, "it's only 72 hours", but what's to stop them from making it permanent? It's already been discussed on Steam forums, and since the forum accounts and steam accounts are not linked, it's unlikely to happen on Steam.

I actually think it's illegal to ban someone because of a rude comment. If we managed to find a lawyer who is also a gamer i'm sure we could get a court case 'pro-bono'.
