What does DRM or Activision got to do with the development process required for the Source engine or the cabal system employed by valve? That's all marketing.

The reason i play and am a fanboy of Valve's games is because of the atmosphere, the story telling and ideas they have. I've played all other leading titles and hands down Never ever seen anything come close to what they come up with. Therefore; as a gamer and even as an artist - i honestly couldn't care less what method of mngment, toolset or concept they'ere using. They have always been the biggest inspiration and their products the greatest experience in gaming for me. To all the haters : nothin's perfect and this is a Valve fanboy forum. Get over it and move on.
Back to topic now. The article proly means we're not going to see another Ep. i couldn't, again, care less. We all know there will a continuation and closure to the HL story and that's all that matters.

I have to agree with Saxon, its really hard to implement new gameplay ideas in Source. Take a look at Starcraft 2 and youll see its way harder in Source than it could be.
