Weather - Which kind is your favorite?

We all have are favorite moments in life. Some are enjoyed in the pouring rain, many are best mated to the hot sunshine. Other moments can be enjoyed in the freezing, snowy winter, building an igloo or taking the toboggan out for a ride.

Limited choices but I went with rain. I really would have voted for the some-what-warm/moist/thick fog that sometimes develops after a good rain (like its been doing lately).

You're not alone, Kkirspel. I personally enjoy really foggy weather during the day, where you can practically see the moisture in the air, with balmy temperatures and an occasional gentle breeze.

And yeah it might be a southern US thing. I live in North Carolina.

Obviously the sun is always nice, but I hate it when it is super hot. Especially since I live in a city that air conditioning is rare. SO sunny and cool is the best. I refer to it as long sleeve shirt and jeans weather. It could also be called goldilocks weather. Not to hot, not to cold, it's juuust right. But at least when it is really cold, you can always put more clothes on but when it is really hot you can never take enough clothes off. Although it is legal to walk around naked in San Fran, but there is no freaking way I am doing that.

I also like sunny spring days. But i love the lenght of the sunlight in summer, it makes me feel i actually have some free time (i come back from work at night except in summer).

I also enjoy that kind of weather. It is very calm and relaxing, although after a few days it can get sickening. Great for sitting around inside relaxing with the window open

Yeah, you're not alone. I can't say I get scared during thunder storms but my dog goes berserk... I'm constantly in hope that I don't lose electricity!

Ha! I didn't know that about San Francisco. I don't mind it being super hot out, but an intermittent air conditioning break is a necessity. Sometimes I just stop by the library and pick out a book to read and cool off. I would definitely take a hot sunny day over a cold snowy day.

YES! THIS! When I get home from work at this time of year, it is already dark out. In the summertime, even if I'm not on vacation I can still have a great time in the evening after work.
