Looks photoshopped to me. If you pay attention to the only red font in the screen, (the edit word as example) the D is taller than the I and the T, no capital letters. I mean the font doesn´t match any of the other fonts in the screen.

If you look to the left at all the 'Edit...' options, they also have a 'd' that rises above the other letters. It's also the same font.

Yeah but.. it rises above the other letters but i. Look carefully, the only instance where i and d have the same height is in the idiot word.
