Offering my assistance again ! i wanna see new site in 2013 !

The dev site has changed a lot! I've done about 50 commits over the last week. The home page should be looking pretty good on mobile now.

Is http://dev.interlopers.net/ all mobile? Where's the real redesign?

It's responsive, so will work different depending on the device. Right now only the mobile is finished.

Yes, that is the correct view. It's optimised for phone first.

For those not familiar with responsive design - http://mediaqueri.es/

Here is a concept for the desktop, but realise this is a guide not a final design - http://cl.ly/M9ZJ

Ah that's looking good so far, imo you might want to consider making it slightly cleaner and less clutterd/busy.
also seeing as interlopers is a website dedicated to content creation (maps , models , art ect ) it might also be worth thinking about making it more media focused , greater use of images in news posts and possibly do something similar to what polycount does with its top banners to highlight outstanding work.
Just my thoughts tho, its looking good regardless.

What about having a random top rated portfolio show up on the frontpage somewhere?

Progress! - http://stage.interlopers.net/ (just home page and contact for now)

As well as the front-end, I'm also re-writing the whole back-end to run on a proper framework. I'm being slowed drastically by the intangible web of madness that is the code powering the site right now. I don't think z@c intended anyone else to read his stuff.

Anyway, comments welcome.

I like it, doesn't work on Opera though, I think forum latest should be more condensed and doubled as well.

I'd prefer more solid colours, personally. Grey, grey, grey typeface everywhere. Whatever happened to good ol' black?

Yeah, black and white is nice, I hope the actual forum pages are the same, the blue white and the grey blue white between each post.
