Gay HL2 Backgrounds...

No it helps out alot. It takes me almost 2 mins to load those stupid backgrounds. In Garrys Mod and now HL2 it takes me about 10 seconds.


I guess to noobs thats not a huge change.

Or... You could search for a file called valve.rc in your half-life 2/hl2/cfg directory and comment the last line as such:

// display the startup level
//startupmenu
