Super excited for this.
On adressing the issue that the Reapers are able to get to Earth within Shepard's lifetime.
Remember in ME 2 the sun Dholen near the planet Haestrom (where you collect Tali Zorah) I think that might have something to do with it.
Fucking cheesy as it may be the Reapers may be manipulating stars in order to devise a way to get back into the Milky way fast.
Either that or that whole sideplot of the Dholen star turning into a red giant too early will remind Shepard that he could always sacrifice our Sun (via yet to be announced weapon or w/e) and destroy / trap the reapers in-system but losing Earth as well. (would be quite the sacrifice for the greater good right?)
Why do I think this? Think back to the Prothean beacon: you see an entire system engulfed in flames, which has been thought out by Bioware for some reason.
Also stupid plot holes in ME 2. Why the hell did the Reapers leave one of their kind behind when they are so thorough with destroying all evidence of their presence? (Cerberus happens to find both the destroyed Reaper and the weapon that caused the kill so why can't the Reapers?)
+ Potential stupidity in ME 3: The Reapers have the ability to lock out Mass Relays right? Attack Earth, seal relay.
no way in hell that you would get in (hey it's their tech right?) unless ofcourse you can steal another IFF transponder the size of a small cardboard box that fits neatly into your ships' systems lol.
okay yeah, sorry for the nerd overload.
but some thoughts worth thinking about I think?
PS PS.
Also 1 Reaper + Geth fleet is nearly enough to annihilate the alliance fleet... how will they fare against 300+ Reapers?
(I'm fearing a major Deus ex Machina at the end of ME 3 because to be honest, I see no real way to win this)
