Interlopers' Shit Map Night

When the next video goes up tonight, I'll upload the maps along with it, so you guys can play some of the maps!
Regarding making this a running event, it's kinda hard to do, it's only been the second time the long-time regulars in chat have arranged it, and as Vicpop said, it's an event that you get in on if you're there at the right time, we don't really plan it. Also Vic is the guy running the server and I'm sure he doesnt want to get flooded with like 50 members all at once...

Yeah I think, I think about 12-15 is a good number to keep it at.

I would imagine some of the lag came from the fact players are all over the world. I would expect pings to be really high if I were playing on a server in the UK. I too would love to get in on this, but I can see it is limited to a certain number. That's what I get for never getting on the interlopers chat...

server load doesn't generally increase ping (unless something goes terribly wrong, and the world can't update for a long time) when a source server is under load the players may get a little bit of packet loss, and hit detection will become unreliable, but ping won't go up.

I know that in the past when I've played games with other lopers, our pings were all over the place because of geograpy.

How did you get No Mercy to CSS? I thought it were impossible to convert L4D maps to Hl2, CSS etc?
