I think it's pretty interesting that it's so complex yet in a moderate quantity in that mine.

I find it annoying they've rushed to naming it Kryptonite despite the fact it can't be called that and it isn't actually 100% what could be considered Kryptonite anyway, I'd have been equally interested in the find had they just explained they'd found a new mineral.

They say it matches the unique chemistry then go on to admit it doesn't fully match it - It's like "Hey look, Science can be fun when we grab your attention and pretend that it's something it isn't!".

It'll be interesting to see what use it proves and if there's any more of it throughout the world; the solution to mankinds problems? Here's hoping. [I won't be holding my breath though!]

Rustvaar they never named it Kryptonite but the whole article was mainly about the striking similarity, the actual facts are almost all in the bottom section of the article.

If you're writing for a paper format, the good stuff comes first and the less important after.

Nub was replying to a bot. ~Gary
^ Dammit.

Anyway, this is pretty cool. If only it was green and glowed like in comics and movies and such.

Now all we need is for a Tiberium equivalent to be discovered.

This was megabumped. For a second I believed Shr3d, Rustvaar, Sauce, and Dead Inside came back from the dead. :(
