Isnt the only hammer versions that doesnt support instances, 2006 (which nobody uses) and 2007?

Half-Life 2: Deathmatch was moved to Source MP or 2009 (I can't remember). So its basically 2007 guys that gets fucked over.

Instances don't work with HL2, ep1, ep2, counterstrike source and all source 2007 based mods. (unless you collapse them, which completely defeats the purpose of instances)

This tools allows hammer to compile instances into a bsp.
