Fullscreen background image - no gaps - How?

I'm trying to achieve what this site does. http://www.richardmax.sk/main/

A fullscreen background, comprised of an image along the top and a solid colour to fill the rest of the screen, that takes up the whole screen overall regardless of resolution. I've tried and tried to no avail. Can anyone help?

Edit: Fixed it! Just had my divs the wrong way round!
