Custom Skybox for Half-Life Singleplayer Mod

Hi!

I've started off a little project of my own with the source engine. I know the basics of Hammer but I can't get this to work.
I have tried to add a custom skybox into hammer for Half-Life 2 Ep2 using the Vtex.exe, I've followed various tutorials on youtube but i can't get it working. Help? :>
