You need to extract the compressed file with "winrar" or "7-Zip" software to decompress/get the map.bsp
Install/place the map .bsp file and extracted folders in your garry's mod folder.
E.G. C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\Your-Steam-Name-Here\garrysmod\garrysmod\

The map is out of BETA Stage and has been heavily updated in all areas.
(Lighting, effects, textures, lots of details, improved brush work, better optimized and the list goes on)
Keep an eye out for secrets/hidden things as I added lots.

The types of things to keep an eye open for (Hints) to help you find hidden things/secrets/easter eggs etc are listed below.
Glowing sprites, flashing sprites, glowing/moving textures, half see through walls, text that says press use,
gravity gun sprite means you can pick up the object, small decals/sprays that looks like arrows pointing to
somewhere or a green/yellow man decasl/sprays on a wall are a few examples.
Oh and yes you can go on the church roof but i'll let you guys work that out hehe.

If you get a Crash on map load try this below before commenting.
1) Temporarily renaming your "models" or "material" folders as they might be conflicting with the map in some way.
C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\Your-Steam-Name-Here\garrysmod\garrysmod
2) If above don't work Validate Garrys Mod from your steam game list. (Verify Steam Game Cache)
