Extended Challenge 1 - Turning Point

Postby RawMeat3000 on Sun Oct 11, 2009 8:30 am

This challenge is going to be a week long, and a lot more abstract and conceptual than the usual ones. More like a map battle. The theme is going to be Turning Point. This can be something in history say a factroy from the early 1900s in the industrial revolution, It could be something in your life (or someone else's) or anything really. As long as you can explain it in a way that makes sense. Model a potato that's sprouting and say ITS A TURING POINT IN THE POTATO'S LIFE.

I don't have a thread with rules for an extended challenge and I'm not going to make one. You all pretty much know you're not supposed to reuse work you've already done, no Photoshop except for cropping/resizing etc, don't steal other people's work, blah blah. You can spend as much or as little time as you want on this until the challenge ends. Texturing is allowed.

The challenge will end in one week from now. So that's about midnight on a Saturday, Pacific Time.

See you all the finish line.

If it were not for 24/7 homework and 3 midterms in the same day and other stuff, I'd totally do something for this.

My original idea was to make a condom. That would be a turning point in the life of Spas for sure.
