It's better than 4 hours... but I can see how it's still restrictive. You just gotta WORK ON IT MAN. WORK WORK WORK! Seriously, modelling and work is all I do.

Stoopdapoop I think you have the feet facing the wrong way there man, other than that it looks exactly like the concept, perspective and all. Nice.

His reference has the feet backwards, so I think its supposed to be that way.

Nah Stormy got it right. Just look at the bottom foot. Its backwards. Thats how all the feet will be as they hit that position.

But anyways this stuff looks great guys. I wish I had more time to learn, I started working in 3dsmax but that dropped off the radar awhile ago...

Even if the feet are facing the same way as the ref image, it does seem off. I agree with Stormy. It is cool looking either way...

Stormy, yours is freaking sweet. the only think I noticed was a slight flaw in the way the animation works. The two side cranks are off. If they moved like that, they would hit the inner support axle. I could be wrong, but it looks that way to me. Granted this is total nitpicking on my part. To be honest I dont really know why that stuck out to me the way it did. It looks awesome!

*edit* Nevermind, I see what you did.

I'd be happy to extend the challenge a week or two if you guys want. Actually I was just thinking today about what I was going to make and that there's no rush, I have a week left. Then I realized this battle is over in about 3 days.

Nice man, are you going to bake that down? It could be pretty fun to texture.

Looks wonderful WhiteDevil. Got some nice detail in there, and the rendershots pick that up well.

Depends really if this contest ends tomorrow or next week, I'd really love to try baking and texturing this thing and making it to a actual game model :P

Did I mention I extended the deadline for another week after this Monday? The 30th is the new 16th.
