Also on the destroyed building maybe you should take that entire corner area off. You have two holes separated by that corner. And,you might try having the roof either sag down a bit OR try making it look like it's been blasted partially away and all thats left is some steel beams protruding where the corner of the roof should be....just a thought.
I don't know if it's due to the spotlights, but for the time being, it acctually takes 1 hour and 50 minutes to compile everything.

I have to compile with the expert settings though, because of that "objects falling through displacements" bug (maybe that has an effect on the compile time, maybe not). Of course the spotlights doesn't have the "
Dynamic light" flag checked!
Well, first I tried to search the internet for good reference pictures. But I couldn't find any good ones. Then I remembered that in Max Payne 2, you visit a construction site. So I played that part, took some screenshots, and used them as reference.
If you want to take a look, here they are:
And since you don't visit any construction site in Half Life 2, I don't have any models or textures which would suit 100% for that situation. So there are a lot of brushwork.
