I preferred the old lighting. Now it looks far too brown. :(

payload wouldn't work with this layout, even the 3-point-CP I'm unsure about.

The lighting and CC is a work in progress, I'm trying to get the rock/ground yellower without making the blue side too green, I'll do another pass before the next beta

I really need feedback on the lighting, I'm ready to release the second beta, just need to compile each gametype. I've assembled five different color corrections for this map and am having trouble deciding between them. Here is the current lighting with no CC:

Sorry the camera got knocked around a bit on the last one.
The bare lighting, second CC, and last CC look the best to me. I really need advice on this, people did not like the last lighting I posted :D Please give any feedback at all. Thanks!

I think the second one is the best one, it's not too colored but also not too dark. The others look strange.

What Acid said, 2nd CC looks best to me.

IDK why but for some reason I am compelled to hate the last one's lighting. Maybe too much dark? IDK, I just for some reason don't like it at all.

First or Second, those seem to have the most color that pops out

August 18th 2010 - Beta 2 Released! :D

What more can I say? Download it, play it, feedback it! :D
This release contains five flavors: Arena, CP, CTF, Koth, and Push. Push is a rarely used gametype you may remember from the TFC map of the same name: there is a single, neutral, intel in the middle of the map which you must carry to the ENEMY base to score a point. As far as I know this is the only TF2 map that supports this many gametypes.

I have also put together a rar file of .bz2 files for server admins. Click this sentence for it.

Color correction looks really strange from the screenshots, i would have prefered #3.

Color Correction in a game like TF2, which is predominately functional through color recognization, seems like a poor choice since it seems the saturation of the colors is washed out compared to what is the standard TF2 lighting arrangements.

Maybe if it was super subtle, I'm fine with it. I'd like to see how the map looks with players roaming around, because thats really the only time I can make such a judgement. Any chance of it being up on the TF2 Servers?

I absolutely LOVE the colorcorrection, SO HOT! I don't know how it will work ingame though. I think you should do the 3rd cc you posted earlier in the list.
