Also marks, it's an odd style, but I like the hair, you've made it recognisable for what it is, which is a big problem for me with hair. Maybe I need to simplify a bit.

Yeah the ear was definitely one of the shitty parts of that one. I'm using a Wacom Intuos3 A4 tablet, and Autodesk Sketchbook Pro

My only issue with the two guys is that their ties are way short. If they where younger looking guys the short tie would work. But typically an older guy would have a longer tie. I know that sounds nit-picky, but it is true.

Aside from that, it looks like Harrison Ford with a beard vs Clink Eastwood.

Seeing as in the pixel version they are too low res to even have ties, I'm not too worried. I actually thought the left guy looks more like Jake Gyllenhaal for some reason.
