Character modeller/animator required for music video (paid)

I'm working on a music video for a UK artist and we want to have an element of performance stuff done in Source. This will require the artist being modelled and rigged (including facial stuff for lip-sync and performance) and then all the facial animation done in FacePoser.Would also be good to get a few new performance animations done as well.
There is a decent budget for this work - we're looking to get this done in the next month.
