I watched this and drooled. I got a migraine headache as I watched feature after blistering feature roll by. Finally, I cried my little eyes out like a child who's just watched his pet dog get squashed by a steamroller.

Abandoning discussion of how breathtakingly beautiful this is...the editor's stunning features are undoubtedly the ultimate tools that none of us can deny harboring an intense desire for. If Valve cannot deliver something even remotely comparable via the Source engine, then they have a lot of explaining to do. Who's psyched for UE-3?

I'm curious as to how hard it is to run backwards compatibility for all the DX11 features.
If its to the extent that avoiding the DX11 features is more worthwhile, its a pity.

They do a nice attempt, but visually they're quite behind CryEngine 3. Performance-wise too.

Crysis two got hit in the face with the Dx9 only bat (untill the patch, which may or may not have been released already) and a serious case of never fixable consolides.
