These days, none of this code is really worth much. I mean, it's a great resource for certain sects of modders and coders, but by and large it's obsolete and the legality of its use is a big ol' question mark.
I could make use of it for Stroll, for example, but I'm pretty damn sure that wouldn't go down well with Valve. Though we'll see how they handle this, although I'm not expecting the id way of just letting the code into the wild.

I'd say some of the SteamWorks "licensees" perhaps? I'm not entirely sure, but Tony agreed that this is from a licensee.
