Yeah that doorway is a bit strange-looking.
Another little minor detail that might need fixing is in the 4th screenshot. The little lamp that shines on the table with all the equipment has a point_spotlight angled a little too shallow compared to the lamp's angle. Looks a little strange. To be honest I think just a glow sprite might do the job rather than an actual beam. Unless there's like smoke or steam near that area, there shouldn't be a beam in the first place. It's a nit-pick and doesn't really detract from the map.
But the rest of the map looks like Valve's work (I mean this in a good way). Fantastic job, especially on that crashed bus.
