Oh.. my. What will happen after that? Will Valve make another, same kind of tool for their games or what? This sounds REALLY bad.

Hey. It'll seem as if Steam's shut down the day L4D2 gets downloaded by a gazillion users all at the same time, so there's some truth to the hoax!

Then you get a legal crack, as Valve stated if it would ever happen

If this would be true, the news would have spread all over the net by now.
But Wikipedia isn't a relyable source for such things.
I could write up a text pretending the World will end tomorrow, including some "evidence" and post it on there.
I'm sure a few ppl would be trapped by this.

I smell a government conspiracy.

Will people just stop posting in this thread? We know it's some 12 year old who has nothing better to do... No need to comment saying "Wikipedia is bad!" especially after the thread has been dead for a week.

No flame to you joe ;)

Activision is a part of Blizzard and Blizzard come up with bNet 2.0 which will be nearly the same. Fake #1
Ubisoft is a Steam publisher. so FAKE #2

And why the hell should Valve shutdown Steam, without any official note on Steam or anywhere else??
Pls! Guys think logical ;)
