Need some help with phpBB3

I'm trying to change the colors of the areas highlighted (the 2 blotchey areas and the bottom and sides of the outline) but i cant figure out how, I made the other changes by swapping out the gif's in the images folder for my own. I also tried changing this

}

the orignal value was #cadceb which is blue

Please help, I'm very frustrated

Or could someone reccoment some styles that are more easily modified then prosilver?
