Not sure if anyone is keeping up with Marvels movies. But Captain America starts shooting in a month or so. They just released the concept are for the suit. I ahve to say I really like it.

Some things are not meant to be milked. But that's just my opinion :smt023

Captain America is a silly name imo. What would a Captain Russia look like? Or Captain United Scandinavia?

the only marvel comic movie that was even remotely good is iron man. The rest was utter crap.

Sorry that was driving me crazy...

I hope this ends up being good... I still think the costume is a little silly...

Captain Scandinavia would look like this...
Image and his name would be Thor.

I can imagine this character would seem silly to people who are not from America but when he was created it was during a time of war. He was a symbol for everything good about America. He is a comic book character though. I mean is superman not a silly name? Most names for super heroes are silly. I have certainly heard sillier names. I can just see this all coming together for the Avengers movie. The look of this costume with iron man and the image of Thor above, in my opinion work really well. We will see...

... I'm from America and I still find Captain America silly... Then again Batman is kinda silly, but the Dark Knight did well with him.

I guess times have changed and kids today are not growing up to appreciate what this country is. That is not a slight against younger generations nor any other country. I just think our leaders over the years have gotten away from what this country is meant to be and have not given good reason to have pride in America. Growing up Captain America was always one of my favorite super heroes so I am really excited about this movie. Also given the recent spark of interest in American History it makes me even more excited to see a guy who embodies all the great things about America.

One thing I wondered about that movie was: Why the hell did they have an asian guy as one the gods?
