Farewell Interlopers

Postby coder0xff on Thu Sep 09, 2010 5:09 am

Dear Interlopers,
Well, it seems the time has come for us to part ways. Not because you all have done me wrong with flame wars or something retarded like that; this is not a bitch fest. Honestly, I'm moving in another direction. The Source Engine and modding in general aren't interesting to me anymore, and you all know I was never that into gaming. I'm still keeping my friends on Steam, and I might come and raise some hell in random thread II every once in a while. However, the shortcut in my toolbar is no more.

It's been a fun couple years. :[]:

Best wishes,
coder0xff

P.S. I will still be responding to PMs.

Hmm, sad to see you go tbh! Whenever I see a thread like this it makes me ponder the time I "waste" modding source and whether I actually enjoy it anymore O.o

Also, out of curiosity is this also the official "end" of ducttape?

It was nice knowing ya, however short it may have been.

Bye bye. It saddens me that we're losing one of the most intelligent and friendly people on here. Have fun exploring the rest of the internet!

Thank you all for the warm wishes.

@hollow and ad I'll see you guys at the Canvas meetings still. Gonna do my best to complete existing obligations.

@carbon14 DuctTape hasn't been in development for a long time now. If someone wants to take the project over, lemme know. It's hosted on sourceforge, so transferring project leadership is pretty straight forward.
