I'm an experienced Veteran of Interlopers. You may be able to tell by the 'Veteran' under my name.

Look in the Map Pimpage thread and ask yourself a serious question.

With a few photoshopped images, do you expect to get a AAA sound engineer and top-quality amateurs on board, or do you hope to get them on board?

If it's the latter, I suggest you get some proper work done. But hey, what do I know? It's not like I've made a recruitment thread here is it? Well, that's because I'm not at the level of recruitment yet. I haven't got the bare bones of my project finished, so it's in the dark. That's how everyone should operate, and if you're not careful you'll learn that the hard way.

No reason to be so rude, poisonic. He's not going to get any help from this thread, and he'll learn from that. There's no need for name-calling.

Well good luck, we really do wish for you to succeed. You just got to show some progress here before asking people to join your team.

If you or anyone from your team need help(coding/mapping/content creation problems), you can always ask here. Just don't expect people to join yet.
Have a question related to modding or something I posted? Something that needs staff attention? I haven't been active lately, but feel free to PM me or message me on Steam(link below)

Yes, but he also had a documented plan, not just an idea.

Even though some of these guys are coming off arrogant, they are giving you the right direction. Most mods don't plan to fail, they just fail to plan.

Say I was to join you (I'm not), what would you have me do right now? If I don't have a detailed document of what you want, then we are not working towards the same goal. If you really want your idea to work, spend some time on it, write it all out, and then go from there. The 1st idea I ever had is still on an old hard drive and most likely nothing will ever come of it, but I learned from it, and now I am well underway with a commerical title, with an experienced crew of 11 people.

So plan it out, and don't rush to recruit. You shouldn't be recruiting level designers until you already have a working prototype anyways. Level design is very important, but with a couple photo manipulations, you are not ready for recruitment, not here at least.

Sorry I can't imagine what are you thinking when you were making those 'concept arts'.
