I know a lot of people call us Americans fat. And for the most part, they are right. But, I would rather us all have too much food, than too little.

We are doing pretty good. Excluding those involuntarily jobless.

Full out breakfast....

Eggs, sausage, biscuits, pancakes.... washed it down with a big cup of coffee...

Although I do most of the cooking at my house, my wife makes a pretty kickass breakfast

During (American) football season I make breakfast every Sunday for myself and a buddy who watches the games with me. On the west coast games start at 10:00.

Anyway, I found out how to make the best freaking scrambled eggs. Heavy Cream!!! Doesn't need much, but holy crap it makes them so freaking good!!! I had some this morning with some English muffins with butter and strawberry jam. Bout to grab my coffee now.

Put eggs in pan (not whisked!), a nob of butter, med heat, keep those eggs moving, take off heat once in a while and put back on, when it's almost done add salt, pepper, and cheese

The Lays version of Pringles - Stax.

Salt & Vinegar Pringles aren't available here, so I have to make do with Stax.

Not too shabby. A bit thicker than Pringles but good flavour. And they're on a 2for1 offer! Om nom nom!

There is a place in San Fran that serves hamburgers only on Tuesday, not really sure why that is. Anyway, their burgers are so freaking good! My buddy went down there and grabbed us some for lunch. Cheeseburger with sautéed onion, lettuce, tomato, spicy mustard. I would have taken a picture but it did not last long enough.
