Returning to hammer

Hi, long time since my last creation with hammer, and i saw that the entity point_servercommand (to put a message like: "Door opening in 5 sec") crashes a lot.

I wonder if there's a new entity or a way to fix it.

thanks, didn't know about that entity. just what i need it.

btw, i'm using hammer for HL-2, how can i make the main character starts with the lantern? i'm pressing F but nothing x3, little help need it, and thanks again!

one more thing, got a lack memory, how can i add a sound that when is triggered, makes your alert jump, like a dry and loud sound?

If you want the player to have a flashlight he needs the Hev-suit (item_suit)

thanks, is there a way to avoid that animation of putting on the suit? i would not like to see if its possible

ok thanks! and you know if there's a sound that makes you jump? something like amnesia when lights goes out or something? trying to do a little scary mod

this is very unusual o.O i made a key (you can see it in the photo) and when i tried to convert it to a func_physbox it's deformed to that silly thing o.O dunno why

nope, i made it floating in the air, first of all to compare them, but it made that thing that it's very strange...

Check your log for microbrush errors in the compile log and console that indicate the key is too small - the trick in fixing that is to align it to a ninety degree angle.

Alternatively, you really should convert something like that to a model using Propper.

well, tried a lot of things, redoing it, making a prefab from it... i think i what you said, too small, and errors of microbrushes didn't appear...so well, i got it in a "good size" and ill leave it like that.
thanks again, and oh, that from above, of Short Logon into the flags didn't do nothing, stills the animation occurs.
how can i make that animation isn't shown?

don't know what touched... but now in the 3D view i don't see textures as clear as before, they are more pixeled... and infodecal, for example, doesn't looks like before, it has a purple-green color, insted of the other colors... how can i fix this?
