MIB 2 wasn't bad, it wasn't as good as the first one but few things usually are.

I'm cautiously optimistic about MIB3.

Here are some questions i pulled from glassdoor.com from people who got interviewed by Valve. these questions are a tiny example of their hiring process, and seem to be extremely random and never asked twice.

What do we need to do about the piracy problem in Germany?
What are the best dates to run a marketing campaign in European nations?
What are the top three problems with Steam? (they are problably looking for your take on solutions)
How would you build a mobile app for Steam and what would you charge for it?
Tell us about some of the prevalent DRM technologies out there.
Implement a function in C to draw a circle using the single point drawing function drawPt(x,y).
How would you solve a problem with this toy? (applicant was shown a toy and the problem, apparently)
Explain a design for a game in sufficient detail that programmers could begin building new code and art assets today.

It would basically be for posting an idea you have for a mod but are not sure if others will even want to play it. Then people could give ideas/suggestions/comments for it. And if you then want to start really working on it, you can make a dedicated thread.

8 of us from work just went and saw it in 3D, actually very enjoyable film! It embraced the OTT nature which it would of fallen flat had they played it straight & serious. I went in to it with no expectations or hype, due to me dodging all media about it (not intentionally). Some genuinely great action and a few very funny light relief moments.
