Yesterday I had:
Breakfast:
2 poached eggs and an omlette with tomato and bacon bits in, a can of baked beans, a fried tomato, a cup of sauteed mushrooms and a bowl of porridge (oats)

2nd breakfast:
7 weetbix and a shitload of milk

Lunch:
2 big ass ham and salad sammiches and a cup of milo

Dinner:
two potatoes (mashed with butter) a roast sweet potato, 2/3 cup of peas, 1/2 cup of sauteed capsicum and onion, about 450g of roast lamb and a 750ml brotein shake.

Dat 4000 calorie bulk.

I made a lamb hamburger with pepper jack cheese and caramelized onions. It was really good but it needed a sauce of some kind.

sounds good, but i can never find those big jugs of milo anymore. its like they stopped making it or something. or maybe they stopped sending it to the US...damn FDA

Well I know Worcestershire sauce helps a lot in those kinds of situations. But it depends if you are going for a sweet are salty sauce.

Packing foam pizza!

I got a new oven and didn't spot two tiny pebbles of packing foam still inside.
Needless to say when the oven got hot they burned. The odor was terrible, the whole pizza smelt like burnt plastic with a subtle hint of cancer.

It tasted good though.

Breakfast: fried tomato, 3 poached eggs, tin of baked beans, 1/2 tin of spaghetti, 1/2 cup of sauteed mushrooms, bowl of porridge (oats)

Smoko: Big ass bowl of nutri-grain and milk

Lunch: 2 toasted sammiches (ham, cheese, lettuce, carrot, tomato and onion) and a cup of milo

Preworkout: 750ml Protein shake, banana, apple, 600ml yoghurt

Dinner: cup of beans, 1/2 cup of broccoli, 1/2 cup of cauliflower, cup of carrot <- steamed, 2 potatoes <- mashed, almost 500 grams of roast lamb, 750ml protein shake.

Dat 4500 cal bulk (4000 isn't enough - 198cm (6'6") goddammit I just can't gain)

Any of you guys lift?

And today I ate.. nothing. Except for a few pringles.. I feel like im never hungry any more. Then again I haven't thought about eating. I'll probably eat me a homemade sub tonight.

I ate a beef submarine filled with cheese and butter with tomato sauce and drank some tea. After that helped myself to some strange reddish drink I saw on the street.
