Here is some info I received that all seemed to check out.

First of all, note that if you right click on Source SDK Base 2007 there is a Steampipe beta you can opt-into without a password. I'll come back to this later...

The problem:
Source SDK Base 2007 relies on Source SDK Base 2006. Yesterday, Source SDK Base 2006 got converted to Steampipe. Because Base 2007 relies on 2006, it broke.

The solution:
Either wait for Valve to push out the Steampiped Source SDK Base 2007 update, or opt-in to the beta.

Yeah, that allowed me to run the mods. Thanks :)
However, my hammer seems to lagg a lot more than lately, anyone having the same issues?

I forgot to mention here that Valve fixed this issue last night. You don't need to opt-in to a beta for it to not crash anymore.
