Source SDK is failing to launch, bad thing is you have it 2!

Sorry for the "leet" speak 2 in there, but the only way I could fit the title in. You may have this problem though, so I just need people to know of its existence. Should be running again shortly

As for the problem, seems that the source SDK content servers are down and it wants to update the tool which is making it literally impossible to start SDK tools. The error as shown below:

Just making people aware, this may stop us from getting bombarded with "SDK isn't starting" posts. =) Well, Hopefully it will. :lol:

Agreed with all of the posts above. :( But whatever, lets hope its up again sometime soon. I am getting on Steam Interlopers chat community and I think I will tell people there faster than I will post here. =)

Oh well, I was gonna start on a noir thingy just now but have to wait.

Ah, 236 is an inexistant gcf number, therefore I believe it is somehow linked to Valve's "Big Message" for tuesday, possibly ep2 gcf? Of course this is just a theory.

Though ep2's gcf number is 420, and 236 is nearer to normal hl2's range, so possibly a typo in the mount gcf line.

The announcement on teusday is for TF2 i think, maybe i read wrong.

Possibly HL2 being updated?
