Well, after completing HL2 and getting the missing pieces (and even contributing one) of what's going on at this great page I decided to get into some mapping!
I did a couple o' maps for ol' HL, but nothing serious. Since then, I managed to forget everything, except that I still owe my friends a map or two...
The problem is that I ran into too many problems this time around, and I figured out that I can't do much without the help of wise, clever, smart mappers that already know the kind of screams that Hammer can get you into.
So, Hey there!!
I am Rafael, a new mapper (hey, I'm a natural!). I read the extensive guidelines thread, and I figure this isn't spamming, so I guess a newbie's hello still has some value
By the way, I am a sound technician, so if any of you want some help with music or sounds (not that there aren't enough in HL2 and the SDK) - I'll be willing to help.
