These are all opinions, many of which are at least influenced by how you wanted the game to be as you started it up for the first time. However, in a reviewing sense, they should come from what you think of the main elements the game tried to stress.
If you wanted a fast-pace FPS, yea it kind of fails in that area, but it also isn't geared in that direction or towards many other common game elements either.
When you say its not really that great, or if you think it is, please have your statements reflected towards what the game is actually trying to do. (and you already are, please elaborate)
