Is there anyone here with experience of living in the Malmo/Copenhagen area? I might be moving out there pretty soon and I'm looking for advice on what it's like to live there, how expensive it is relative to the UK and maybe if I decide to move: what to see and do while I'm there.

Malmö.. afaik it's pretty "crimey" down there heh. Go for norway. all the cool kids do.

Malmö isn't the best places to live, lots of crimes and stuff made mostly by immigrants. I'm serious, check some news. I'd suggest moving somewhere else. Although, if you want some action and adventure in your life, then go ahead..

I'm from Denmark, tho I do not live in Copenhagen but in aarhus (which is the 2nd biggest city in Denmark) I would be glad to help you with whatever questions you have about Copenhagen/Denmark..

Malmö is in a landscape called Skåne, the people there get texted in tv cuse of there dialog. And the most popular name is now Muhamed xD

No serioulsy. It is probaly pretty good down there. Might be abit expensive with house prices but I don´t know if that also is the same in the outer world.
They probaly got the best weather on the summers and nice beaches though when they get snow is will just be sqwachy.

It is not as criminal as they guys above tells^^ Sure it is very the police catch all the drugs that pases through the bridge to Denmark. But overall the crimes should not stop you I think.
Skåne is a pretty special part of Sweden and many makes jokes about that we could just give it away to Denmark! I don´t know really why All countries do probaly have one like this hehe.
Also! Despite there ugly dialect they got some really great music.
I don´t have much to say in detail cuse I only visited it quickly but it seems fairly good. Actually maybe in like 4 mounths, I will join Lunds university, if I get in.
