How to install the source sdk?

HI men!
Can you give me step by step instructions of how install the source sdk 2013?
I have follow the valve dev community instruction but nothing.I have also tried the steam forums ,.. but i got no response.
So can you guys help me? It would be better if you give me instructions of how to install it in linux, but if you only know how to do it in windows i have no problem.

- Open the Steam window.
- Go to the Library.
- Change the list to Tools.
- Find and double-click on the Source SDK base 2013 item. (sp or mp)
- Read over the dialog box and click Download and Install / Next to continue
- The Source SDK base 2013 will then be downloaded to your computer via Steam.

All games now have their own toolsets, hammer can be launched via steamapps/common/Source SK Base 2013/bin
