An alternative to Valve Hammer Editor

IMO the brushwork tools are the one thing Hammer has an advantage over the other engines.
It's so much faster and easier to work with bsp in Hammer then e.g. in UDK.

So an ideal editor would be like the UDK but with the Hammer bsp tools.

For games like half life, ie: shooters, bsp is great. But there are a lot of other types of games that bsp is just silly to use for.
