Func_combine_ball_spawner physics

I am having a bit of trouble with the above entity.

It is working in that it is spawning combine balls, but I am trying to get the balls it spawns to go up a tube (with a few right angles) once they have spawned and then into a "collector" where the balls will build up and up.

I have tried putting a func_conveyor in the tubes which doesn't work and a trigger_push which also doesn't work. The physics of the ball doesn't get it through the tube on it's own but neither have either of the obvious brush based entities.

Might wanna checkout this prefab:

You probably just have to edit the angles of the ballspawner, setting it to up should do the thing.

Do you know which folder I might find the prefabs folder in? I haven't been able to find that since the Steam Pipe update moved everything around.

Install the old source sdk, then:
steamapps\common\SourceSDK\bin\source2007\bin\prefabs

Also how do I get an NPC to look at the player!?

I guess this is one way:

Or, parent a scripted_sequence onto the player, with the npc as the target and set Move to: No - Turn to face

Or use an ai_assault with the ai_assaultpoint facing towards the direction the player is.

Or an ai_schedule with target set to !player
