Problem with buildcubemap

Postby tirmey on Tue Nov 21, 2006 1:22 am

Hello,

I put a env_cubemap in my map, but when i try to use buildcubemap command, HL2 crashes, and the folowing message appear on a pop-up window:

The memory can´t be read.....

Should this happens because i use a G-force fx5500??

That's what I did for de_gallery. Worked well enough for me. I put a lone env_cubemap inside of a box with a black texture in a spot on the map the player couldn't see.

I just wanna point out you can easily select all your cubemaps (to make it easier to move them all at the same time) by going to map > entity report (then just click & shift click/cntrl click to get the env_cubemap's)

great tutorial btw.
