This tutorial takes you through the simple process of setting up a door that is usable only by Combine, also setting up Rebel only doors is shown.

This'll tell you how to make doors which can only be opened by combine.
First off, we'll need a good ol' door func_door, a trigger_multiple, and a filter_activator_team.
Get out your filter_activator_team, go into its properties, and set the "Name" to "Combine_Filter" set "Filter Mode" to "Allow entities that match criteria" and set the "Filter Team Number" to "Combine"
Now, go into your func_door, set the door's "Name" to "Door1" set the door's "Delay Before Reset" to 1. Go into its Flags and uncheck touch opens.
Thirdly, go into your trigger multiple and put this into its Outputs:
After that, go to the Keys again, and set "Filter Name" to "Combine_Filter"
Now, you should have a door that opens only for the combines when they walk through the trigger, but what you want to do is put the trigger 1 pixel outside of the door so your player can trigger it when he hits the door.
For Rebels, just do the exact same thing, except turn the "Filter Team Number" to "Rebels" and change the names of everything.
