Copy circle.
Move circle down 16 pixels.
Ctrl+Select the layer with the newest circle on.

nah it werent, if you look you can see i edited the image again, soon after the post, i relised iut would need the text on it and the edges trimmed back , but what does that matter its probs not good enough
