Well, here we go...Welcome, y'all, to Map Battle 19!

The theme this time round is your identity - show us who you are, what you identify with, what you are. It could be a representation of your nation, of your hometown, your job, your favourite sport, or team, your favourite band, or hobby...Whatever really makes you who you are.

Rules are as normal, and the battle will last for 3 weeks - so all entries must be received by 12.00AM GMT, Saturday 4rd of August (i.e by the end of the Friday night).Update - Extended till 12.00AM GMT Tuesday 7th August

I'll extend by a day or two if people really need it, but I'd like to keep the pace up, so I'll only extend if 2 or 3 people PM me, who have already posted WIP shots.

Remember to always mark screenshots as WIP or Final - only images marked Final will be accepted for the vote.

Of course, if there's any problems or questions, feel free to PM me. Stay tuned for more map battles, and don't forget...your ranking may become important!

That's a tough one, i'll give it a go, summer just around the corner.

Got half a daytoday and thats summer started for me, ill probably start on it then.

I'm sorry, but I'm having a hard time understanding what you mean in this. We make a map that shows who the mapper is, his personality, etc.? I'm confused, and I apologize for being so brain dead about it.

I probably won't enter a battle ever unless its something really clever like "Make a map with only 1 light source" or something like that.

PM'd you. Basically, same as all previous battles; the final visual quality, who good the screens are aesthetically. At least, that's what I hope people vote on.

Anyone got their ideas yet? Or better still, a WIP shot?
