Hey the wiki page for Room 101 says there was a reference to it in Half-Life 2.... I don't remember seeing anything that referred to 1984.

i think they refer to the interrogation rooms at the trainstation, the room next to where you meet Barney

As nub pointed out in the suggestion thread, the whole HL2 story is Orwellian.. It's about suppression and indoctrinating the people. The Citadel is like the Ministry of Love.. or did I say too much now..

Remember that the Ministry Of Love does not mean you have to make Room 101. Room 101 is just one part of it and there are other descriptions in the book about how the place looks and what goes on inside, nevermind whatever extrapolations you wish to draw from those descriptions/theme.

like MiniLuv, there are no windows as its only function is a switching station for the phone lines.



i dunno, it was 3 hours of work, i'm mostly new to mapping, and i'm hammered, so i consider it a success for now.
