Ok, I have not reed the book yet :/ But I really like the story about it witch I got from wikipedia^^ but I do also think I read some i my english class once :)

So I think I will make a room, a room to make people love the "Big Brother" right? Anyway that is what I´m going to do.
Good luck everybody else!

Isn't it specifically "what you fear"? As oppose to directly being room 101? It seems a little confusing.

I think we should just try and make a map that interprets the theme as we see fit, instead of asking for an exact explanation of the given theme. I think the biggest part map battles lies in actually trying to understand the theme and then showing that in your map; not simply making the most detailed map that marginally fits the theme. For instance, making a hyper-detailed. dark, dirty, creepy and bloody room with a dead body in a torture chair isn't warding the most creative submission. Sure it's based on the idea of torture and it looks super-realistic, but it's simply not thoughtful of the theme other than torture. I'm convinced that there's more to the current theme than torture itself.

Is there anyone doing this one?

Am I right in saying that the theme is fear, inside a room.

yes and no.
The theme is your interpretation of the Ministry of Love with the knowledge of the meaning that George Orwell gave it in 1984. + read what nub said.

I want to do this one, but I'm not sure I have the time to. We'll see I suppose.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but in Fallout 3, the fact the Vault the Lone Wanderer comes out of is numbered 101 seems a little too coincidental, particulary with it having a dictatorish overseer.

Nice WIP bagel, but more lighting variance would be nice. Get some colours in there!
