hmm, looking over all the pics, I see that most of them are just plain, modern places, while Avtraz's seems to be the most orignal.

Obviously you are entitled to your opinion but there's nothing wrong with going for the realistic approach and creating a more believable, real life environment, or at least trying to. All of the creations are original, even the ones based on things that exist like the tower bridge...can't say i've seen anything like any of them in a HL2 map so far.

true, the tower bridge is a pretty orignal idea, but I expected after the normal house maps that people would be putting a spin on things.

Suggestion to Barra: Resize the images so that they are 550px wide, that way they will load quickly and still look the exact same (the forum resizes to 550px).

Just saying this because when voting people could miss an entry due to it not being propperly loaded.

well if i do that they will loose quality. The foum resizes them, but if you click over they show on the original size.

uhh...you're in the bridge in the pic, and it's dark because there's not much light underwater. And I could'nt take pictures of it any higher because you would see the end of the world, because it did'nt compile right.
