I really liked them all.

I voted for Ferret mainly because of it's originality, but overall it was very nice. The progression of events was very original and made good use of a normal looking map! The use of fire was superb.

Megadude:

It was kinda dark for taste but the trap was great. I'd give you second place IMO.

5eyes:

The trap was cool but kinda lacked in certain spots, the map over all is a bit ugly. Well done and good effort.

Haha these all made me laugh, they were very well done. Gonnahave to settle for ferrets purely because that flying cannister at the end was hilarious, good work!

yours had the best look and worked very well, you got my vote

5eyees:
was quite an ugly map, but the trap was fun, however it didnt work perfectly

megadude:
good job, looked good and worked well but not as good as ferrets i hate to say

Ferret:
Best looks, overall best functioning trap. I didn't quite get everything that happened. And the flying canister at the end wasn't really what I expected for this type of map. But since the other two didn't have a perfectly working trap, yours won.

5eyees:
The map doesn't look very nice, but I only considered the trap here. Yours didn't work in the end, I had to kick the ball myself. The beginning of the trap was very nice though.

megadude:
Very nicely finished the combine soldier there! Unfortunately, I had to type some commands in my console to get the map to work.

wow -- I wasn't expecting all this! I figured there would be many more entries. Hopefully the next battle will have more participants.

Well, the guidelines said that you just have to kill the combine soldier in whatever way you want, whether with physics, triggering, or a combination of the both. so, I thought the canister fit quite well (and my goal was to make something that no one else would do -- especially since its hard to make a canister fly around and hit in the same place every time :wink: )

I kno my trap didn't work perfectly every time but most the time i got it to work, but o well

the map coulda looked better, but i didn't have alot of time, w/ school and other obligations I didn't get as much work into it as i wanted, all i really gotta say is compare it to my previous maps it looks alot better :wink:

btw ferret that tuturial wouldn't be such a bad idea, I kinda wanna kno how you made the map and all, my map design creativity is lousy

I like 5eyes, was cool but it got to the last stage and then nothing happened :(

The other one didn't work for me, I pressed the button and nothing would happen.

5eyes map works but you need to keep trying it.
Megadude map if you disable the AI before pressing the button it won't work (so press the button and then do ai_disable), but it also doesn't work everytime.

No need for ai_disable, just notarget
