Blink,

Will you be using the new PhPBB3 when it comes out on RC1? I'm interested to see how it will roll out. I'm thinking about backing everything up and popin out the first RC when it launches.

Its in Beta 4 right now so it wont be too much longer.

The list of new features makes PHPBB look like Invision Power Board just without the gay.
I'll laugh forever.

I've had a play with Beta 3 I think and it's a cracking piece of software although it almost has too many settings for it's own good.

Until I know whether this template can be converted (by the good sir known as Andrew Charron) then I won't be moving the forum for a while.

Maybe time for Interlopers v2, like... like buying a Corvette and getting it supercharged with an inter cooler a new cam and all kinds of goodies.

The image attachment feature is a huge hit on our forum, as it is with a lot of others, but it also hit out bandwidth. Not a heavyly used board compared tot his, but it still took our month from an average of 2.8 Gb to over 10.
I'll laugh forever.

if the attachment feature is the main reason to go to phpbb3, then i suggest you might as well just make/download an attachment mod
